1. Firstly please make sure you are on the homepage, this brings you to the beginning of the order process.

2. Select a Brand and type in a model number.

Brand - Simply means the manufacturer of the equipment (e.g. LG, PHILIPS, SONY etc...)
Model Number - Can be either the model number of your equipment, which is usually found on the rear of the equipment

OR

The remote controls model number which is usually found under all the keys at the base of the remote, if it is not here then look in the battery compartment. Some remote controls will not have a model number then you should refer to to the model number of your equipment.

3. Select the type of remote you are after i.e. Original, Alternative or Any, then click 'search'

4. We carry around 80,000 replacement remote controls in stock and if your chosen replacement is in stock you will be given a price and can select how many you wish to purchase.

5. Choose the postage method you want and proceed by clicking the 'Proceed' button.

6. Click on check out button.

7. A confirmation page will appear that will take you to secure payment page where you can pay by any debit or credit card.

8. Once your card payment has been authorised you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail.
